Project Management: Confidently handle two main projects and provide support on a third one.
Engage in client interactions and present solutions in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Design to Development Specialist: Create complex layouts for development and offer sustained, in-depth support throughout the entire development cycle of a project.
Independent Creativity with Guidance: While you’ll primarily work as an independent designer on a project, you’ll have the support and guidance of an Art Director, fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth.

Creative Flexibility: You should be capable of handling simple tasks in illustration, animation, 3D, or no-code development.
Openness to acquire new skills, especially in areas like Webflow/Framer, is needed.
Presentation Pro: Ability to present your work effectively to clients, justifying your creative decisions with clarity and confidence. The Project Manager will support you with it if needed.
Hard Skill Expertise: Show us your edge in a specialized area like motion, 3D, or illustrations. Hard skills in any of the creative areas would be a huge plus.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities complement your technical prowess.
Language Proficiency: Comfortable with English (B1 level).
