Project Workflows
- Sprint-based Planning: We establish a planning process tailored to your pace. Once every one or two weeks we sit together to review our backlog and plan work. Just like sprints, but for creative work
- Team Capacity: Team capacity is defined by the subscription tier. You can extend or shrink your team capacity or change your subscription type within 1 month notice.
Budget Management
- Task Estimation: For all tasks that exceed 4 hours we provide an estimation to ensure you have full control over budget spending.
- Reporting: We provide monthly reports on time spent on each task by each team member.
- Extra work: In case you need to use more capacity than your subscription provides for the extra hours are paid at the rate of your subscription tier.
Brand Alignment and Quality Assurance
- Art-direction and Brand Alignment: A dedicated Art-Director is overlooking all the deliverables to ensure the quality of design, brand alignment and visual consistency.
- Quality Assurance: All deliverables will undergo a rigorous quality check to ensure they meet high standards.
- Rectification: Any identified issues will be rectified at no additional cost before the final delivery.
Availability and Support Hours
- Support available from 9 AM to 5 PM in the client’s local time zone, Monday through Friday.
